THINGS WE DON'T SAY
Honest conversations about reproductive health don’t usually happen out loud.
They happen in silence — and silence has consequences.
Things We Don’t Say
is a storytelling and dialogue project from All* In Action Fund that creates space for men to speak honestly — and anonymously — about reproductive health, relationships, and responsibility.

Through facilitated conversations and filmed interviews, the project explores how men think (and don’t think) about birth control, abortion, fertility, and partnership — and how what goes unsaid shapes decisions, outcomes, and care.
Watch the Full Conversation
When do conversations about birth control, abortion, and fertility actually happen… if they happen at all?
What emerges isn’t a set of answers — but a clearer picture of how avoidance, uncertainty, and unspoken expectations shape reproductive responsibility.

We’re inviting individuals to express interest in being considered for future anonymous conversations as part of Things We Don’t Say.

Our Commitment
At All In Action Fund*, we believe advancing reproductive justice requires more than policy fights alone — it requires cultural shifts, honest conversations, and shared responsibility.
Things We Don’t Say is one way we’re building that future:
by creating space for truth, reflection, and accountability — even when the conversation feels uncomfortable.
