All* In Action Fund is reaching out to voters in California and Virginia to encourage voters to vote YES on Prop 50, and elect pro-abortion champions in office to pass the constitutional amendment on abortion next year.
Next year, Virginians will have the chance to enshrine abortion access into the state constitution—meaning that people will be able to safely access care in the state regardless of which party holds the majority. But whether that amendment makes it to the ballot in 2026 depends on the outcome of this year’s elections. Virginia is the last state in the South with any real abortion access, making it even more imperative that the ballot measure passes.
California’s Proposition 50 will allow voters to decide if the maps are redrawn outside of the 10 year cycle, a direct response to Texas’s racist gerrymandering to eliminate Democratic seats in the states.
